next month all rent one day ahead of time every month
while being back. Otherwise, the personnel of our department
have the right to shut down.
4.Fail to pay the rent on schedule , our department
has the right to terminate the contract and regain the
equipment unconditionally, or and then while postponing
paying the rent, our department has the right to regard
rent not paid the base figure on schedule as according
to 9‰ overdue interest of day as leasing.
5.The continuous working time of every day of mechanical
equipment can't generally exceed 10 hours .
6.Working time is with 8 hours of every day, 26 days
of every month are calculated, monthly working time
is subject to 208 hours, if work per month and go beyond
for 208 hours, then the rent increases hard according
to 200 yuan per hour, fewer than in the moon 208 hours,
must calculate according to the rent per month .
7.The expenses that machinery pulls into the building
site are leased and then undertake, haul out the expenses
of building site are undertaken by our department.
8.The equipment is leased with the diesel oil is it
bear to responsible for when leasing, our department
ensured mechanical performance to be intact ago stocking
the building site, and is it hand over single to fill
in, I department responsible for machinery change easy
to decrease the fittings and force maintenance during
using, leasing the side should give assistance , if
cause and delay work , is refilled in time by our department.
9.If equipment presents losing , damaging or equipment
in conceal my department cases to others, lease and
then is it compensate for to responsible for , and bear
losses caused to our department.
10.When being full, the equipment withdraws from the
arena , leasing the side should facilitate our department
in rental period, help me to be department smooth to
appear on the scene the equipment.
